We. Fried rattlesnake and okra last night. So so good. Kids washed it down w a cold root beer. It was really good

I would love to post pics on here. Fried rattlesnake is so so good. I had 3 in the freezer i had shot at my place in haskell tx. I take the cleaned snake, cut it up into chicken wing size pieces, roll in Louisiana brand fish fry and fry in hot grease. I have a deep fryer my parents gave us years ago. Its awesome. I did take pics but it always says file up load failed.
