I was down on our low fence place in Webb County and a waterbuck came out. Never seen one before and don’t know where he came from. I hope they are good to eat.

Funnily enough it’s one of the animals we never ate in hunting camps. I was always told that an oily substance in their hide would taint the meat, which honestly sounded suspect and I still believe it to be untrue. In any case we never ate it and frankly we ate just about everything at some point or another! [emoji38] I’m sure it will be as tasty as most other game meat..let us know!
