I saw some guys over there throwing what looked like minnows, and fill in up the stringer. I was gonna try and walk down quite a ways and see if I could find a place less crowded.

Ate there twice last week. It was great. The owner was awesome. There are two pools down from the spillway. You can park at the second turn out and walk down to them. You can also go down to the new bridge and fish there. It is catch and release only and you need to bend in the barbs of the hook. Water wasn't bad last week. The lake came up a ton so they may be letting more water out now.

Out of all the trout we drug in I caught 1 small mouth. At the spill way not actually in the lake.

Anyone fished recently? We are headed to Hockatown Sun-Thurs of next week and plan on fishing each day while we are there.
