Usually when someone uses a vehicle as a battering ram in a theft it is stolen.

Just wondering if a property had a wildlife exemption and the feeders are damaged or stolen, can this make the charges a felony?

That's a pretty good photo of the thief, local police should have someone who's handled charges on this guy in the past.
