We spend more time with the people at our jobs than we do with our families but we still manage to have a home life to.

I averaged about about 1000 hours OT last five years because we were in construction and commissioning of a new plant. Now I’m only making about 48 hours a week, which is perfect. I’m 4 on 4 off
