What are rates looking like on rental homes with close to a 800 credit score? I have 2 rental properties around 5%.

Priced a few a little while ago. He was getting 4.25% on a 30 year. That's with 75 Loan to Value ratio or less. To cover my rear - keep in mind that's his scenario and only his. I'm happy to run them for you.

If they meet mainstream guidelines, we shop best rates and sell it. If it doesn't fit the "box" for a fannie mae loan, we keep them in-house as a portfolio loan.

We pull all six scores, take the middle score of each person and the lowest of those two is the score used for the loan.

Too many unknown factors to tell you how to get to 3%. I can promise you'd have to pay some to buy it down that low. I'd be happy to run scenarios for you if I have a fee details. Shoot me an email, call or text.

I did this and now actually paying less than i was with my 30, no pmi and lower rate than my 30 was. I have about 14years left on our home.
