I’d say no. Post mature to me means over 6 years old.

Hill country deer are so hard to judge without history. I’m sticking with young

Not post mature. First few photos his feet don’t seem too flat. Knees look skinny. Not much loose skin on his brisket. He really looks like a skinny 4 year old to me, only because of his slight sway back and fairly even chest to hind quarters. I’d lean more towards 3 though.
