I answered above but I did buy this tag. Hunted on the Spur ranch. I believe 70,000 deeded acres and they are the only ranch in Colorado that has ranching for wildlife tags for moose. They kill 3 per year. 2 bulls and one cow.

Oddly enough, I drew a moose tag in Montana this year as well!!!! That was with 6 points and a total surprise. The people I know that have had Shiras tags in Colorado lately had 19-21 points. I think the max points I have in any state for moose is 12.

So are you going to Montana to double down on Shiras this year?!?!

Mid day beer break! Been tough fishing. Have hooked 6 and landed 2 and got pics of 0. One rainbow on streamer and one brown on a nymph. I hooked a really big fish on a steamer but he did stay on long. Felt like I set the hook on a tarpon. Ow well, at least I’m not working.

Always wondered how much pressure they get, seems most of Colorado comes to Wyoming to fish our lakes, lol.
