Prayers up for your dad! I'm dealing with it right now and this thing is no joke. I'm on day 7 since my first symptoms (cough) and it has hit me like a freight train. I've been fighting dehydration the whole time and cant shake it. Sipping on pedialight seems to help.

I'd advise getting your dad a pulse oximeter to keep an eye out on his blood O2 saturation levels. This thing can turn for the worse in a dime. UGH!

Roy, good advice on the pulse oximetry. Also important to stay hydrated like you are doing. My BIL went through Covid and could not shake the cough. He is seeing a specialist this month about long term lung damage. Take care of yourself Roy, and try to stay ahead of this horrible Covid virus.
