Has anyone tried these puppies out? I know everyone loved every bit of the original smaller ones EXCEPT for their small cutting diameter. Seeing as they "fixed" that issue, Im looking at buying a pack or two but wanted some insight before I drop the coin.

I have not tried the XL... mainly because I've been underwhelmed with the originals. I'm simply not a fan of the steel they used as it neither gets very sharp or retains that edge for long. Its GREAT for shooting car hoods, and if you hunt those on a regular basis... this is the head for you. -

I haven't had near the issue getting them to sharpen and they seem to fly pretty dang good for me. I am really interested in the XL version though.. These heads seem pretty dang indestructible.Comment

I bought a sharpener for them on staysharpguide.com. It’s the 344 model. Lots of videos on YouTube if you have time to waste on BH sharpening videos.
