I bought them second hand from the classifieds here.

        Dang, that sucks!
I am sure those tickets weren’t cheap.
On the plus side, you got to flatten 2 d bags and didn’t go to jail…
People suck. Sorry you and your family didn’t get to enjoy the concert.

On a side note, I wonder how many times Garth got choked up or went to full-on crying. Good Lord that man is soft. You ever see George Strait crying in a concert?[/QUOTE]

Same. Like some of the songs, but I can do without his drama and marketing tactics on stage.

One of my biggest regrets was never seeing CD in person. A true American Patriot that kept the rubber on the road. In real life and in his music.

Sounds like he had his Friend from Low Places., but you made the Thunder Roll.

Garth is no different than any entertainer. Liberal, conservative, doesn't matter. They do whatever needs to be done to sell tickets and fill stadiums. It's what all entertainers do. JMO! Lot's of liberals and conservatives at every singers event.

Not to derail this thread, but my son (very young at the time) was a real fan and we went backstage three times and talked with Charlie. He was the real deal and a very nice guy.

I hate seeing bad behavior being rewarded by those who prefer to take a passive stance. Good on you for defending your wife, protecting your family, and standing your ground!

You did the right thing. If tomorrow never comes you will be remembered for that last dance in the aisle with two ruffians. Just glad you got out of there with no broken bones or a broken home.

Good to see a family stick together.
Garth is a good singer, but he’s one goofy son of a gun.
