Ground meat
Mix in flavors
Press flat on wax paper
Cut in strips
Place in oven or dehydrator
Or just cut meat in thin strips and place in oven or dehydrator

Nope. I do mine out of whole muscle but thereís nothing wrong with ground. I typically use AC Legg peppered seasoning and some liquid smoke, or Allegros hot and spicy marinade and most of the seasonings in my cabinet

Get a dehydrator from Wally World for about $20 and get after it!

And OP.... Iím assuming youíre sending everyone a little bit to try?

I’ve made ground jerky, it’s ok but I prefer whole muscle also. My ground goes to sausage. But I have no problem eating it if others make it, in fact I would love to try a piece of that.
