WTH is wrong with people, puppies go fast even if they don't want to give them away on a street corner there are tons of official options to adopt them out or leave at a shelter. They're also a mess, if you're just going to drop them off to starve to death why not just potato-sack them at birth? Not that I'm suggesting that, but it's better than raising them for weeks to drop off somewhere and rot to death.
