Large chicken coop

Well it's time to get chickens again. We get coyotes running through on a regular basis so a normal backyard coop won't do.

I figured I would over build so I could still use it when we get rid of the coop.

Final size is 36' x 8'

We have 28 chickens showing up on Thursday.

Looks good. I over built ours also. Used some old bricks buried them 2 deep around the perimeter also

I plan on just using wire around the perimeter to keep animals from digging.

Put ya an electric wire around the bottom. Well worth it, just off the ground about 4”, knock the **** outa whatever tries to bother them!

agreed but it would do the same to my 2, 4 and 5 year old!
