Just had a really cool youngster get right underneath me. While he was there, a big mature doe moved thru. Couldn't draw on her because of him.

If he keeps this trend, he'll be a cool buck in a few years.

About the same here
2 coyotes this morning and a few deer sneaking through the timber
2 does first thing this morning stomping and blowing only to see the coyote 40 yards from them. The 2nd never would stop..

Well we're about done with the sewer job, gonna clean up, grab a bite, and get back at it. It helps to know people, even way up here in Kansas. Mini-ex made short work of it.

Well I'm late, but I'm in. Chores are done and it's kill time. I'm back at the same stand, really don't have enough stands set up for this wind. Maybe Mr Bigg will tip toe thru here this evening. I let 2 does get by me this morning, that won't happen again.

Another guy shot a doe this morning, we tracked her for several hundred yards but couldn't find her. Think the hit was low, he said he had white hair on his arrow.

It warmed up a bit today, low 50's now, but supposed to be in the 30's again before I get off the stand. I really need the north wind to come back.
