Yes, they are pretty rare. Expect to pay over $100 for one. Check on Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, etc.

Dallas Steel Drum on Singleton Blvd in Dallas is where I got mine several years ago. Barrett (Ivanite here on TBH) is a manager or owner??

I get 55 gal drums, food grade (only held honey) from Burleson Honey in Waxahachie for $5 each.
