The officer that made the initial stop should have had the suspect full forward to allow him to pull off the tracks. Obviously none of the officers involved had much sense about them other than being committed to there possibly being a weapon in the vehicle.

Uhhhh.......Yeah who could have seen that coming? You know those rails that trains travel on? That's a heads up that one might be coming through there. They can't swerve to miss you but you know what you can do? When you see those metal rails you can be on one side or the other. Then you're in the clear. Don't just stand in the middle of 'em or park across them. That's a good way to get dead.

Dodging a train really isn't that impressive or difficult. You literally have to move to your left or your right.

On a side note that's how every person that's arrested for child abuse or child molestation should end up. I'd lose a squad car every time I encountered one if I were a cop.
