    A serpent!!

Sitting on front porch this evening talking to a friend on the phone. No lights on. Wife pulls up and walks past me and yells SNAKE! I’d been chilling with Ol no shoulders for 10 minutes. He was right beside door. Glad kids didn’t take the dog out!

    Anyway…. I made him dead

Yikes. I found one of those a couple months ago doing some landscaping. He had the same fate.

Rarely have light on. But do have toads and lizards and gekos in landscaping and on windows at night

Glad you got it “relocated” before it got anyone.

Yea. Lola’s on point spotting things. Tucker…… not so much… and always barefoot. And their ball of fur would have 100% got lit up. This one was pretty aggressive. Buzzing tail and striking while getting in position for the judo chop. Squirting venom on concrete

We came home from a family outing and when we unloaded the truck we then realized we had been stepping over one!! Yikes! was right up against the step and luckily doin what coppertops like to do - staying motionless - about a week later we had another in the exact same spot!! Everytime we've found one we've always found another within days and usually in the exact same spot! So keep your eyes peeled!!
