Snow Tracks - what is it?

I finally got my pictures to upload and I've been wanting to know what this is.

The one on the right is about 1-1.5" wide. The scalloping has me thrown.

I think the one on the left is a rabbit.

The one on the right a snake following a rat on the left?

Don't think it's a snake. I see paw prints in the drag. A snake wouldn't be exactly on the rabbit tracks and the paw prints are a lot closer together. I have no idea what made that track but not a snake.

Don't know what is on the right, but those tracks on the left are NOT rabbit tracks... most likely a rat jumping through the snow.

A frog and a snake racing with each other.[emoji38] I really don't know. A rabbit track will have 3 small tracks at each step. Could be a field mouse hopping. The long continuous track looks like a snake.

When the snow gets deep up here in Iowa the deer (especially the bucks) drag their feet. Tracy and I call them foot draggers. The second picture is a beat down trail leading in to an area where I feed.

                        Looks like it to me.

That'd be one crazy track to see though!

The one on the right is without doubt the deadly Texas Snow Snake. The don't have fangs and don't need them. They will slither up your pants leg and stick their tail in your crack and freeze you to death. One on the left is obviously a midget the snake is chasing.

Y'all are cracking me up with the snake comments. It is 8" of snow.

Another site I was on unanimously said it was a mouse. I can believe that. The other one was a squirrel.
