Wood flooring question?

I have a little over 420 sq ft of Hand Scraped Hickory that I was going to use in the living room but we might be going a different route. I’m curious as I don’t know anything about the flooring industry, what is the going rate for something like this in case I decide to trade towards the install of other flooring? We have enough tile to do the entire house and thinking hard about just going that route.

I have regal hickory in my house similar to that. I think i paid $4.50/ft plus labor.

If i could do it again, Ide go tile that looks like wood with a very thin dark grout line.

I like the wood much more than tile. Trading that small amount will be hard selling may be easier
