Anyone around Navasota that can survey and need some brush cleared. Lot size is 300’x100’

If you just need to get an idea on property lines, have you tried one of the hunt apps like OnX? They have pretty close representation of boundaries.

^^^^ no sir have not tried that. It’s my friends property and he has had no luck finding a surveyor. May suggest that if he has the coordinates

The best surveyor around is Kerr surveying. No clue what they would want to come out and find corners.

I found 3 corners rods but could not find the 4th. Checked with surveyor and was quoted $800. This was a 10 acre track that was cleared. Got my compass out and marked what I thought was the corner. Metal detector found it about 3 feet from my "surveyed spot".
