The bottom of the Sand Point house is just a 1 bedroom 1 bath, so the whole house is 4 beds 3 baths or just the upstairs is 3 beds 2 baths, she doesn't have a listing for the 1 bed 1 bath have to ask her.

A member on here (aggieman12) owns this one. It is nice.
