Shooting Areas around Katy (Bow)

I’m looking for a place to go shoot my bow that’s not my backyard at 15yards. I used to go to go to the public range in Tomball, but I have since moved to Katy.

Does anyone know of any places that are public(free) or even have a field they wouldn’t mind letting me shoot in?

I was laid off and really don’t want to have to pay to get ready and my bow tuned for season.

Bass Pro used to have a free indoor 3D shooting range. I haven't been there in years, so not sure if they still have it.

West Houston Archery you can pay $10.00 for all day use, or pay some more to use their virtual hunter set-up.

Try out buffalo archery club on clay rd. I think they have it open to the public on Sat. mornings.
