XLR element 4.0 chassis

Does anyone have any experience with the XLR element 4.0 chassis?
I'm wanting to build a light weight 300 wm hunting rifle.
Considering contacting Alamo Precision Rifle or buying a Tikka T3x to put in the chassis.
If anyone has used the chassis, what weights are you obtaining without the scope or muzzle brake or suppressor?
