Default Great hunt

Had a great hunt yesterday morning. Weather was perfect and my dog worked awesome. We will have a litter of his pups ready to go in January.

Good looking dog! One of my favorite things in the world is watching a dog work!

Not much better than watching a working dog do their thing.

No better time spent in the field than bird hunting with some good dogs. Man that brings back great childhood memories hunting quail with my grandpa.

Good hunt! I'm wanting to take little man somewhere to shoot birds for a Christmas present. Looks like you book the birds then pay for the dog and handler separate. I haven't seen any other places do it like that but haven't been either!

Great stuff right there. Just got a new pup myself and he will be ready to go next season on the birds.

I noticed you halving some of your birds and frying the half all together. How does the leg meat turn out—especially for the pheasant—when done this way?
