This poly-tips are fine for varmints. They suck on anything bigger than a prairie dog. Really suck on 'yotes. I bet that deer got up and ran off after you left.

Yah, I'd change poly tips. That one didn't hold together very well. Buck looks like it held together pretty well though. Good poly tip will slice-em in half. Ever see the movie "Death Race 2000"?

Toyotas kill deer fast. I hit one a while back in my wife's Toyota, truly never seen a deer die that quickly, it was literally instant death, no kicking, nothing, just dead.

Ask me how I know you are right, my oil pump was biting the dust and it turned into a Tacoma
