Not to TBH, but shot some traditional as a child into high school. Never in a hunting setting. Think I am ready to take 4 steps back to the pure enjoyment, and give it a try. Anybody have a starter recurve or could give me recommendation on one and arrows? Willing to buy, barter, trade or cash and of course opinions. From what I have read 35-40#s probably a good place to start. Thanks in advance.

Get yourself a used Samick Sage or black hunter and start enjoying. My only regret is giving up instead of staying with it. Most fun I’ve had in archery and hunting.Comment
