Made of foam and he really sucks at acting. If that were antler it should weigh 3-5 times MORE than a typical shed based on mass. This would put it in the 15-25 lb range.
It looks too big, too much mass to be real. But a buddy of mine's, wife's grandfather used to go to New Mexico every year for many years to hunt mule deer and then went back in the spring to hunt for shed antlers. His shed at the house was full of shed antlers and huge mule deer racks, from deer he killed out there. Then he had the really monster bucks mounted on the wall in the house. In his shed, he had a shed antler from a mulie, that was basically the diameter of a elk antler. It was pretty big, not monster sized antler. The base had to be at least 2 1/2" in diameter. That antler did not have the height or length of the one in the video. I have seen many pictures of monster mulies with lots of mass, width and height. I would say it's possible for a deer to grow that much mass, but it would be extremely unusual to grow that large of diameter and height.
Without seeing it in person, I would not say it is or is not real.
