I got turned on to the Sister Schubert's rolls and like them with dinner while grilling at the lease. I found a quick and delicious way to cook them without using the oven.
Take the rolls out of the freezer 30 min before the grill is ready. Place a thin slice of butter on top of each roll. Place on the grill butter side up and cook to desired doneness and then flip them over to do the same on the top side. I set them a few inches to the side of my coals and they are usually done the same time as the steaks.
