Perfectly Normal. Don't have to be a Vet to know where puppies come from.
The "Nut Things" is the bulge or knot in the middle of the shaft. This is what "Ties" the 2 dogs together. Lasts for 10-20min usually.
Now if he would have been Knotted up inside the bunny and was dragging it around, that would be video worthy
