Lord God in Heaven,
We thank You with our whole hearts for the powerful work you have done with our little brother Emmett to this point! We praise Your Name for it! We know Lord that You are our God and that before Emmett was even formed, the You knew every hair on his little head and every drop of life-giving blood that runs through his body... Through the eternal life giving blood of Your Son Jesus Christ that You gave up to save us all, we come to You Father God. We ask You, complete this healing in Emmett. We ask You Lord for guidance for all his care-givers to a right diagnosis and treatment to accomplish this healing You have in store for him. Guide the surgeon's hand as carefully as you guided the children of Israel through the wilderness for 40 years... Bring him safely through this trial to grow up strong and whole and healthy as a powerful witness for Your power, mercy and grace. ... as a demonstration of Your love for us and this dear family. Lord comfort Colton and his wife as they stand by Emmett's side. Give them a peace that comes through Your indwelling Spirit giving them the Hope that is in You. Ease their anxiety that they know You are in control and that you have their precious son Emmett safely in Your healing hands. Touch them all and give them the grace of Your peace until Emmett is ready to leave the hospital a healed little man ready to grow up strong and in Your Way Lord. We ask these things through Your Son who had a boundless heart for us... Heal Emmett's heart, In Jesus name, Amen!
