Anyone know what cost would be for 1/2 mile easement for a 6 inch waterline? Its rural north texas crossing 4 properties.

I am under the assumption that he owns four properties that someone is wanting to run a waterline across. He is wanting to know what to charge that person.

I had a neighbor run one 1/2 mile or so on our property and told him to bury it 3' and it was fine but I wouldn't put land in easement, and didn't charge him anything.
Public water authorities will pay 40-60% of the surface value for 10'-30' easement. but it takes 4500 long 10 foot wide easement to account for 1 acre, so it won't be much $ either way.
