Just watched the highlights from today’s game. Am I the only one that smiles when Maldonado gets a hit? 4/4, with 4 rbis lot of smiling happening.

I was at the game yesterday... it was good to see him put the bat on the ball for sure!

Pretty sure Brown is making sure of that right now. To me his movement just looks a little bit nastier than everyone else and tops it off being able to hit the corners of the box with his fast ball.

Announcers were saying he has left after 6, 5 and 5 in 3 of the last 6 starts with a no hitter. Pretty sure if he wanted to go back out he could have. Most impressive tonight was 10k’s in 5 and if I heard right, 8k’s in a row.

In a tight game, especially a do or die situation, Smith is not your guy. Brown gets my vote every time.
