Only seen this guy at night and don't have a good sense of his age but definitely the best thing I've seen on camera in the last 2 years.

I have some pretty aggressive gun hunters on two sides of my little 40 acres but I don't think anyone else is bow hunting. Could he be better? of course. Would he make me happy to take with the bow? I'm leaning toward yes. Will he give me that opportunity... Not likely.

Hunting should be fun, not stressful. Dont make it too much about management, especially since you only have 40 acres. If you like him, then shoot him!
