Almost tpwd draw hunt time.

They did that at James Daughtrey last weekend for the Youth hunt but they were not assigned. They emailed the kids in the order they were drawn for compartment picks and I was able to look the map over and talk to the Biologist to make a pick. It seemed to work well.

I like that idea alot. allows hunters to make their choice and allows Chap to have everything done before orientation starts...win - win as far as I am concerned.

Chap is asking archery hunters if they want Chap to assign compartments to speed up the process and for our safety. interesting.

I think I'd go for that. Kiddo drew a youth doe hunt out there years ago and it took over 2 hours to get everyone assigned and ready to go. Saving that 2 hours would have been great.

unfortunately, the sheer numbers of hunters makes the logistics back and forth via email not doable. works with small groups, but not the size of Chap hunters. Drats.
