It’s obvious Beard has been riding the coattails of Mark Adam’s and it’s got to be in the craw of Beard. My money would be on Mark in a boxing match.

I am pulling for Texas over Tech and will anytime Tech plays anyone! This is due to the horrible treatment my wife and I received after moving to Lubbock in 1975 and being Texas A&M graduates. I was horrible and I will never forget it! Sorry, but we were demonized becasue of where we went to College.

We lived in Lubbock for 45 years and considered it home and still do. The treatment got better during the years, but i still despise Tech and always will due to our treatment the first few years we were there! Still have some great friends in Lubbock and hopefully will for a long time, not necessarily huge Tech fans.

May be the same for Tech people moving to any other university towns, but this is ours!

According to local sources, he accused Adams of inciting the fan base against Beard. Anyone that knows Mark Adams knows that is a lie, he’s the gentlest spirit in college sports. No chris, the fans hate you for being a jerk about things when you left
