Our place is up against Cedron Creek Park, off of 1713 near the liquor store. Saw a young 6 point yesterday morning, 11/17, at about 8:45. Didn't touch any corn, wasn't around very long. I probably crushed more acorns than leaves on the way to our blind. After I got out I went and grabbed a shovel to put all the corn from under the feeder back in it. Super slow start on our side of the fence. Hoping it picks back up by the time I get back around Thanksgiving.

Ended up shooting a button buck. Thought it was a doe . Sucks but it's a legal deer and meat for the freezer

I wear binoculars, I shoot all year long with them, just sayin, might help anyone who’s my age with bad eyes, u can also c spots most young deer will have a few

Gonna take my dad out on his first ever public land deer hunt. Should be interesting. I'm gonna put him in the spot I usually hunt then I'm gonna go find a cedar to sit under a ways off. Maybe we will get lucky.
