    Smoked some yesterday myself. Leftovers for lunch. Got to try the fry method on these.

      I have fried them after I have smoked them. Turn out pretty darn good.

          Yessir if you start with good pork. Beef ribs are also pretty good fried, but just not as flavorful as pork ribs...


          Also, the baby back ribs don't fry up as well because there's less meat on them... Spare and St. Louis style are the ones I like, If I shoot a good fat feral hog (sow) I'll also just take off the ribs whole, slice them apart, and fry them... MMMM, Gooooood!!


          Another thing to remember when frying ribs, don't OVERCOOK them. That'll make 'em tough every time... Just barely done (almost pink but not quite) leaves a tender rib that is juicy and sweet with very little seasoning necessary.
