Gov Abbott on fishing and hunting today?

I personally heard governor Abbott say today that fishing and hunting now in the state of Texas is OK, but to still keep your social distances. If anyone else saw this please chime in, and if I misunderstood him please correct me.

wow, that's one of the more insane things I've heard 'them' doing!

Kinda like the 7-Eleven this morning, said they couldn't allow people to bring in their own mugs for coffee refills but yet there's all kinds of people going in there and using the microwaves.
I see this thing not ending anytime soon.
