How is Costa Sunglasses' customer service? (Repairs)

They repaired ours for $60. Put lens back in frame. It popped back out 1 week after we got them. They said it would probably cost $60 more

I have 3pr and all of them have been sent back at one or another, you pay shipping and they charge you $11.00 for process fee back like new. Every time.

$62 to replace my frames. Didn't even clean the lenses before they were put back in. I wasn't blown away by the warranty department

I've paid the postage each time I sent 2 different pair to the for repairs under warranty.

Each time they sent me an identical new pair within 3 weeks.

I have the same glasss and once the rubber got about that far loosened it started working its way around pretty fast. I sent them in and they put my lenses in a new set of frames that don't have the rubber all the way around. I think it was only $10-15 and took a month or so.

The did. The adhesive wasn't the problem it was the rubber they were using. They got away from that and went with silicone and solved the problem.

Mine did the same as yours. I contacted Costa, mailed them in and got them back 2 weeks later. They put my lenses in new frames. The rubber is just on the nose piece now, not all the way around the frames. Cost was $11.00.
