I bought 3 on the deal and put one of them on my Tactacam with the lithium battery. Kept wondering why it wasn't holding a charge on the battery with direct sunlight from sunrise until almost sunset. Guess I have my answer.

Called elusive this afternoon to check the status of my replacement since the return was dropped to them on the 28th of October.
They tell me it takes 2-3 weeks to process a return and get the replacement out.
I'd recommend taking yourself if all all possible

I'm having the same issue. Bought mine on Amazon but they were the distributor and i'm past the return date for Amazon or I would just return them and go with something else. I called Elusive yesterday and spoke with a very nice lady. Using my name she was able to see that I had bought 3 of them and she said they were putting new ones in the mail to me right away and there would be a return label in the box to use to send the bad ones back. Can't ask for better customer service than that. I just hope these new ones work.
