Just a heads up!!
I was over at a buddies house having a cup of coffee (Monday) early one morning and the doorbell rings. Young man calls my buddy by name and ask him about his land around Sonora. Buddy asked who he was and how he got his information. Dude gave his name and company and stated we will be installing wind turbines in your area and see that you have a great location for the turbines. My buddy told him he would save him his time and effort, but no thanks, no way!! The guy said, please just hear me out. These are a new generation, style, less intrusive, cleaner and pay a lot more money blah blah blah. Buddy told him unless he was going to make him a multi millionaire up front he is not interested. I know land owners get contacted via mail, but this is a first I've heard of someone coming and knocking on your door before contacting you via mail. By the way, my buddy lives over an hours drive from his property!!
