Looking For A Career Change In The DFW Area

I've been with my current employer for 12 years. I started as an entry level CATV installer and have worked my way up to a Sr Broadband Network Tech or more commonly known as a CATV System Tech.
Prior to this I owned and operated a dirt work/construction clean up business that had multiple employees for 8 years.

One of the reasons I'm looking to change(there are many) is because my oncall schedule is pretty rough, my son is playing travel select baseball and I want to be able to attend all of his games.

Please let me know if you have any leads,
I'm open to just about anything that's a good fit.

What type of skills have you accumulated over the years besides basic gateway installation, cable runs, etc.? If you have a solid networking foundation you should be able to move into IT fairly easily.

Im 40. I got a lot of miles left but I feel I'm a tad old to go down that road.

Give me a call next week, I'm thinking of adding an employee and you are in the right area.
