    Uggghhhh. This. It’s fundamentally terrible. But seems to have produced results at every lower level. But it kills me.

                Sounds like the same injury Verlander dealt with in 2015. At least he should know how his body will respond. His recent interview said it would take a miracle for him to pitch opening day
