I hear this, and bought one( Annova) and try every thing every body says is the best they have had. And I am not a fan of any thing I have made or have that others have made in them. Its eatable but I still far prefer a grilled steak or Chicken is another we have tired and had that just does not do it. We use ours to “reheat “ pre cooked meals occasionally and that’s about it any more. The blue cheese part of it is great.Last edited by critter69; 01-25-2020, 09:57 PM.Comment

Did 130 for 2 hours in the sous vide. I'm nota blue cheese guy myself. But wife and kid are. So not gonna knock it. Now bout to do a cigar and

Critter, not sure what to tell you but I thought it good; not reheat. Doneness was pretty darn close. Stop by and we'll see if can change your mind. Always thought my steaks were good anyways.
