I’ve looked through those, wanting to see what new projects members have done up.

I made this matching set - billfold, cardholder and key fob made from Elephant and French goatskin.

Here’s a picture I was able to capture with a borrowed high end camera, definitely have some tweaks I want to do for the shape of this sheath on the next one.
Who else has pictures of something they have made recently?

            Looks good!

Do you have a welt inside the sheath to protect the leather stitching from the blade?

That’s the one thing I did not do, if or when it gets cut I will have to disassemble and put a welt inside.

First attempt at a pancake knife scabbard, definitely some things I can improve on but overall I am happy with the final product. One thing I’ve learned so far is to be patient and don’t rush the process.

Keep your finger nails trimmed also, as they will leave marks on wet leather.

Have a question for the leather workers, looking to do a laced knife sheath instead of a stitched one the next go around. What kind of lace should I buy? There’s lots of different ones and want to be sure I get a good durable one that will last.

I don't do much lacing but I used kangaroo the last time I laced anything.

I made this for my wife for Mother's Day.

Clutch style wallet made from Gold Novonappa French Calf from the Haas Tannery in France. Interior is French goatskin from the Alran tannery. 8 card pockets, 2 bill pockets, hand stitched with linen thread at 10 stitches per inch, painted edges.

Fixed blade sheath I finished up today, love the way my Barry king basket stamp looks. Edges are very sharp and the quality is impeccable.

Matching set for two handmade C.R. Marquis knives. Love the blades and now they have proper sheaths to go with them.
