But it’s so much fun sweating over a hot stove.[emoji1787]

Im propagating some chile petin plants now...theyve got some new growth...so Im hopeful. They were struggling when they were vertical...so I laid them over and covered the stems and just left the leaves poking out of my propagation bed sand.
Never heard of that. Thanks for the heads up, I’ll look into it. We were able to build 2. 10x20 boxes using regular wood. We also got a 1.5 acre field planted with red potatoes

Mine are all prepped. Only thing I planted so far is strawberries and carrots. Trying to decide what else we want to plant this year.

For the raised bed gardeners, i always build my own but my wife bought me a poly version that looks like wood from home depot. Super simple and easy, and hopefully will hold up better than cedar. $50 for a 4x4x12" box

I have one raised box 3x14. Not very good at gardening. I plan on putting peppers and tomatoes. What other veggie is good to start this time of year? I’m thinking squash zucchini. Is it to late for Brussels, asperagas and onions?

Can someone post a link to the DIY thread for a strawberry post? The search function on here is blocked at work. Want to build one for my granddaughter.

                                garden

I did well with radishes and lettuce going through the winter. I planted carrots about a month ago and im hoping to get a harvest before it gets to hot. I have several varieties of peppers and tomatoes along with tomatillos, eggplant, celery, okra, cucumbers and squash.
