Where to order bare root trees?

I have three chinkapin oaks that are around that tall. Ordered from nativ nurseries in fall of 2013, planted over winter.
I did fail to mention they are planted in a nutrient rich creek bottom.
The other trees, shumards, live, and burs range from 6-10’

I order from The Wildlife Group and have excellent survival rate. In the last 4 years I've ordered over 20 trees, apple, plum, pear, chestnut, and I've lost 3 trees.
