I've sat 4 times so far and seen deer every sit, I've 3 different 3.5-4.5 yo 10 pts with great potential. Getting in a blind after work today despite the heat and then will give it hell this weekend again as well. I'm trying my best to get on a good buck before these bachelor groups completely break up, best of luck to everyone this weekend!

I need the bachelor groups to bust up and come find these doe. Have 4-6 doe at 3 spots every morning!

Those bachelor groups will be breaking up very soon thats why I'm trying to get on one before he disappears for the season lol. I'm sure you'll have some rolling in before too long especially once it starts really cooling down

Ryan, our deer disappear once they break up too. They come back in mid December when they are run down tired and starving. The oats and wheat draw them back.

Some crazy high winds hit the area. I was just south of graham when I went through it and it had to be 60-70 mph. Thought the truck was going to leave the road. Hopefully everyone’s blinds stayed upright

Darn, my place is just North of Breckinridge. Hope everything is still standing. Shot a pig this AM and found a shed

Congrats to all the kills this weekend! With the hot weather and high winds I made 4 sits and saw a lot less deer coming out in shooting hours. Let a couple doe pass and never laid eyes on a shooter buck, at least the fishing was hot! Hopefully this cooler weather heading our way will lead to some more LDPs on this thread!
