    if your worried about mold just spray the place down with some Shockwave mold killer. That is what we spray our house with after harvey.

      Just use bleach for the mold.

        I have a pretty small one you can have 16-18' its on a deer lease around Mertzon Tx. Roof Leaks, uses a window unit. Decent shape but small and not fancy. Im sure it will need tires to move it. Never had water to it so no clue about that.

                Thanks Rick looking at a couple around the 25-26 ft mark , as far as cabinets and water , cooktop, oven, just need sleeping area and a place to get in outta the weather if it’s cold or raining for my kids I was looking at a window ac and small ceramic heater , thanks.

                    Guys thanks for all the input , lots of trailers at decent prices for what I want and now y’all have given me ideas and info on treating rot and mold without fear of not doing it correctly, keep them coming....

                          He is right. Bleach may work on hard, nonporous surfaces for mold but is ineffective on porous surfaces(wood, sheetrock, etc.)

                              What I’ve read in researching is that bleach will kill mold but it won’t kill the spores, not sure how true it is cause I didn’t stay at a Holiday Inn
